PLPP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLPP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP10-7, HRG, and FATE1. Each is linked with PLPP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPP7-to-partner and partner-to-PLPP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP10-7 grouped by PLPP7-low versus PLPP7-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
