PLPP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,893 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDHD2, ERLIN2, and PLPBP. Each is linked with PLPP5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPP5-to-partner and partner-to-PLPP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLPP5 versus DDHD2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
