Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPP5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLPP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CADM4, SEC14L4, and ABCG8. Each is linked with PLPP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPP5-to-partner and partner-to-PLPP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLPP5 versus CADM4 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
