Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 616 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLPP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP394, RNU6-1274P, and MYO19. Each is linked with PLPP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPP5-to-partner and partner-to-PLPP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP394 grouped by PLPP5-low versus PLPP5-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
