Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLPP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,879 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ERAD pathway, Endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response, and Response to endoplasmic reticulum stress. Each is linked with PLPP5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPP5-to-partner and partner-to-PLPP5 results are reported.
