PLPP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,112 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, TLN2, and UTRN. Each is linked with PLPP3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPP3-to-partner and partner-to-PLPP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLPP3 versus FERMT2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
