PLPP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,302 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP420, RNA5SP414, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with PLPP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPP3-to-partner and partner-to-PLPP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP420 grouped by PLPP3-low versus PLPP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
