PLPP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 149 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLPP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01030, MIR4265, and RNU6-1324P. Each is linked with PLPP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPP2-to-partner and partner-to-PLPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01030 grouped by PLPP2-low versus PLPP2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
