Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLPP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,282 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPFIBP1, COIL, and GNL2. Each is linked with PLPP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLPP1-to-partner and partner-to-PLPP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLPP1 versus PPFIBP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
