Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 896 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMA3P1, ATF4P1, and NPVF. Each is linked with PLP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLP2-to-partner and partner-to-PLP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMA3P1 grouped by PLP2-low versus PLP2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
