Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,197 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSU1, SORBS1, and SYNPO2. Each is linked with PLP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLP1-to-partner and partner-to-PLP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLP1 versus RSU1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
