Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,519 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCA8, EMCN, and GPIHBP1. Each is linked with PLP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLP1-to-partner and partner-to-PLP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLP1 versus ABCA8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
