PLOD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLOD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,509 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLOD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CALU, BAIAP2L1_S331, and CDKN1B. Each is linked with PLOD3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLOD3-to-partner and partner-to-PLOD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLOD3 versus CALU in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLOD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLOD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
