Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLOD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,313 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLOD3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane, and Negative regulation of peptidase activity. Each is linked with PLOD3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLOD3-to-partner and partner-to-PLOD3 results are reported.
