PLOD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLOD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,332 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM25, RNU6-740P, and BAG3. Each is linked with PLOD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLOD1-to-partner and partner-to-PLOD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM25 grouped by PLOD1-low versus PLOD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLOD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLOD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
