PLLPP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLLPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,343 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLLPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTLP13, MIR521-2, and RPL35AP27. Each is linked with PLLPP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLLPP1-to-partner and partner-to-PLLPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLLPP1 versus FTLP13 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLLPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLLPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
