Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLLP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLLP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-617P, SNORD11B, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with PLLP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLLP-to-partner and partner-to-PLLP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-617P grouped by PLLP-low versus PLLP-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLLP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLLP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
