PLK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,565 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R18_S224, PPP1R18_S368, and ITGA5. Each is linked with PLK3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLK3-to-partner and partner-to-PLK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLK3 versus PPP1R18_S224 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
