Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,712 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLK3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi disassembly, Regulation of intracellular protein transport, and DNA damage response, signal transduction by p53 class mediator. Each is linked with PLK3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLK3-to-partner and partner-to-PLK3 results are reported.
