PLK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,028 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM2, SMC2, and SMC4. Each is linked with PLK1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLK1-to-partner and partner-to-PLK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLK1 versus RRM2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
