PLIN4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLIN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,420 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLIN4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLIN5_S140, PLIN1, and PLIN1_S130. Each is linked with PLIN4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLIN4-to-partner and partner-to-PLIN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLIN4 versus PLIN5_S140 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLIN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLIN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
