Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLIN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,854 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLIN4, SRPX, and SEMA3G. Each is linked with PLIN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLIN1-to-partner and partner-to-PLIN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLIN1 versus PLIN4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
