Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLGRKT Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PLGRKT data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher PLGRKT Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLGRKT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, SKCM, and BLCA are the cancer types where PLGRKT Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
