PLGRKT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLGRKT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,722 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLGRKT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC37L1, PLAA, and DENND4C_S741. Each is linked with PLGRKT in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLGRKT-to-partner and partner-to-PLGRKT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLGRKT versus CDC37L1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLGRKT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLGRKT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
