Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLGRKT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,117 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLGRKT-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERMP1, PLPP6, and SNAPC3. Each is linked with PLGRKT in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLGRKT-to-partner and partner-to-PLGRKT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLGRKT versus ERMP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLGRKT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLGRKT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
