PLGLB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLGLB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,067 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLGLB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPLL, CPSF4, and CPSF6. Each is linked with PLGLB2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLGLB2-to-partner and partner-to-PLGLB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLGLB2 versus HNRNPLL in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLGLB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLGLB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
