Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLGLB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,940 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLGLB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATRX_S677, TNKS1BP1, and TNKS1BP1_S1666. Each is linked with PLGLB2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLGLB2-to-partner and partner-to-PLGLB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLGLB2 versus ATRX_S677 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.
