Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLGLB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,823 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLGLB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and mRNA splice site recognition. Each is linked with PLGLB2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLGLB2-to-partner and partner-to-PLGLB2 results are reported.
