PLEKHS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,463 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPATCH11, MRPS18C, and ATP6V1E1. Each is linked with PLEKHS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHS1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPATCH11 grouped by PLEKHS1-low versus PLEKHS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
