PLEKHO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,819 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOCK11, EVL, and ANKRD44. Each is linked with PLEKHO1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHO1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHO1 versus DOCK11 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
