PLEKHO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,372 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLX, DPP9, and RNU1-27P. Each is linked with PLEKHO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHO1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MLX grouped by PLEKHO1-low versus PLEKHO1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
