PLEKHM3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHM3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,817 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DTD1, CYP4X1, and HOXD1. Each is linked with PLEKHM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHM3-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHM3 versus DTD1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.94.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
