PLEKHM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,843 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HID1, MRPS15, and NECAP2. Each is linked with PLEKHM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHM2-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHM2 versus HID1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
