Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEKHM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,279 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of autophagy, Positive regulation of autophagy, and Regulation of pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with PLEKHM2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHM2-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHM2 results are reported.
