Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEKHM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 283 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLEKHM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDHD1, ACOT8, and CCP110. Each is linked with PLEKHM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHM2-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DDHD1 grouped by PLEKHM2-low versus PLEKHM2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
