PLEKHH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,069 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL5, LRP1, and TGFB1I1. Each is linked with PLEKHH2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHH2-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHH2 versus RPL5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
