Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHG7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,176 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHG7-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAPP1, ACSL5, and SPATA13. Each is linked with PLEKHG7 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHG7-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHG7 results are reported.
