Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLEKHG6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PLEKHG6 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher PLEKHG6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLEKHG6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
STAD, UCEC, and ACC are the cancer types where PLEKHG6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
