PLEKHG6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHG6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,759 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHG6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERI1, MRPL18, and SDHB. Each is linked with PLEKHG6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHG6-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHG6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERI1 grouped by PLEKHG6-low versus PLEKHG6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHG6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHG6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
