Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLEKHG4B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PLEKHG4B data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PLEKHG4B mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLEKHG4B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and HNSC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LSCC, and HNSC are the cancer types where PLEKHG4B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
