PLEKHG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,748 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTK7, PLEKHG2_S1310, and COL3A1. Each is linked with PLEKHG2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHG2-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHG2 versus PTK7 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
