PLEKHG2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,608 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LOXL2, ADAMTS7, and RNF144A. Each is linked with PLEKHG2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHG2-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHG2 versus LOXL2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
