PLEKHG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHG2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_epsilon, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and GAPDH. Each is linked with PLEKHG2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHG2-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_epsilon grouped by PLEKHG2-low versus PLEKHG2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
