Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PLEKHF1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PLEKHF1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PLEKHF1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PLEKHF1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, UCEC, and STAD are the cancer types where PLEKHF1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
