PLEKHF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,914 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL8A2, CLEC2B, and DCN. Each is linked with PLEKHF1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHF1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHF1 versus COL8A2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
