Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,019 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLEKHB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM5, DGKH, and RND3. Each is linked with PLEKHB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHB1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHB1 versus MCM5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
