PLEKHB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,441 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4441, MIR4726, and RPL23AP90. Each is linked with PLEKHB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHB1-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4441 grouped by PLEKHB1-low versus PLEKHB1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
