PLEKHA8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHA8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,180 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHA8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDCD3, KBTBD2, and MIOS_S766. Each is linked with PLEKHA8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHA8-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHA8 versus NUDCD3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
