Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PLEKHA8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,960 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PLEKHA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNEP1R1, MIR4254, and IGFBP6. Each is linked with PLEKHA8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHA8-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHA8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHA8 versus CNEP1R1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
