PLEKHA8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PLEKHA8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PLEKHA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13C2, SIGLEC5, and DIPK2B. Each is linked with PLEKHA8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PLEKHA8-to-partner and partner-to-PLEKHA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR13C2 grouped by PLEKHA8-low versus PLEKHA8-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PLEKHA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PLEKHA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
